- Random selection survey of target population
- Pre-testing of questionnaire instrument
- Survey by telephone, online, intercept, or mail-out
- Computer assisted interview stations
- Validation of at least 10% of each interviewer’s work
- Data entry, cleaning, verification
- Coding of open-ended responses
- Report ready tables
- Power Point charts/graphs
